The organization’s mission—to enable economically challenged students through entry to education—stems from acknowledgement that monetary hardship remains the main barrier to educational persistence.

### Initiatives and Effect

1. Higher education Scholarship Program (USP):

– Provides $300–$400 per year

– Awardees need to exhibit educational excellence (minimum GPA of 3.0)

– Phased funding system encourages scholastic persistence

2. Scholastic Development Program (Academic Advancement Program):

– Provides 150 dollars per annum scholarships

– Includes vocational training and occupational counseling
